Supporting couples, families, and children on their journey to healing and connection.

Mission

At Magnolia Couples and Family Therapy, we believe in the healing power of relationships. Whether you’re a couple seeking deeper understanding, a family navigating challenges, or a child expressing emotions through play, we’re here to provide a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

Services

Couples Therapy

Connection is the foundation of a strong relationship, but life’s challenges—communication struggles, major transitions, or the demands of parenting—can create distance. We help partners deepen emotional intimacy, strengthen their bond, and navigate change together.

Play Therapy

Children communicate and process emotions through play, making it a powerful tool for healing and growth. Play therapy helps kids express feelings, develop coping skills, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment

Family Therapy

Strong family connections create a foundation for support and belonging, but stress, conflict, and life transitions can strain these relationships. We help families improve communication, build understanding, and strengthen their bonds to foster stronger connections.

Individual Therapy

Life transitions, anxiety, and identity struggles can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. We offer therapy for tweens, teens, young adults, and those in the perinatal/postpartum period, providing personalized support to foster resilience and well-being.

Parent/Caregiver Support

Parenting is deeply rewarding but can also be overwhelming, filled with challenges, self-doubt, and emotional strain. We provide a supportive space for parents to process their experiences, strengthen their confidence, and navigate the complexities of raising children with greater connection and clarity.

Group Counseling

Healing and growth thrive in connection, and group therapy provides a supportive space to learn, share, and build skills alongside others with similar experiences.  Whether you're navigating the challenges of raising children, developing emotional regulation strategies, or strengthening interpersonal skills, our groups provide a space for learning, connection, and meaningful change.

Get to Know Erin

I believe that at our core, we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) with a background in technology and large-scale education programs, I take a systems-oriented, relational, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Whether working with couples, families, or children, I focus on fostering connection, meeting people where they are developmentally, and offering both practical tools and deeper therapeutic work to support healing and growth.
