Being a parent is one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles in life. Sometimes, no matter how much love is in a family, there are moments of struggle—times when communication breaks down, emotions run high, or connections feel distant. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward with your child or teen, you are not alone. Family therapy is not about blame or judgment—it’s about creating a space where every family member feels heard, valued, and supported.
How We Work &
Who We Help
My approach is rooted in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), both of which recognize that emotions are the key to healing. We don’t just focus on surface behaviors—we dive deeper, looking at the emotions and attachment needs underneath. This helps us break free from painful cycles and create new patterns of connection and understanding. I believe that all families have the capacity to heal and grow when given the right tools and support. My role is to walk with you through this process, helping you strengthen your family’s relationships and create a more peaceful, connected home environment.

What you can expect in family therapy.
-
A Safe and Supportive Space – You don’t have to have all the answers. I offer a judgment-free environment where you and your family can express emotions openly and honestly.
-
Healing Through Connection – When conflict arises, it often comes from a place of hurt or fear. Together, we work to repair and strengthen these connections so that your family feels like a source of love and security again.
-
Guidance Through Challenging Times – Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with your child’s emotions, or feeling disconnected, I will walk alongside you, offering tools and insights tailored to your family's unique needs.
-
Practical Steps for Lasting Change – Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about real, meaningful shifts in the way your family communicates and interacts. We’ll work together to create practical, sustainable changes that bring more ease and warmth into your home.
